This has to be the most pristine and chic bathhouse in Melbourne. I was amazed as I walked in for the first time. The staff was courteous. There is a sizeable swimming pool, a hot tub, big steam room, showers, TV lounge, Internet terminals and a bar. A patio with outside seating for nice days. The upstairs is a maze of rooms and a video lounge. Some rooms have slings. I was there on a Thursday night and it wasn't very busy. Mostly Asians but some whites too. Admission was $18, if I remember right. I need to come here again on a weekend to see if it gets busier.
