Gute Lage nahe dem Bahnhof. Man muss recht viel steile Treppen steigen, die Umkleiden sind lustigerweise fast unter dem Dach. Trockensauna und Dampfbad relativ klein, vor dem Dampfbad ein kleiner warmer Pool und ein Jacuzzi. Es kann also ziemlich eng werden, aber mach einem mag dies ja recht sein. Alles sauber und in gutem Zustand.
An diesem Sonntagnachmittag gegen 19h war es sehr voll und ich habe selten so viele heiße Typen auf einem Fleck gesehen. Sehr viele Jungs um die 30, auch etliche Twens, man fragt sich, wie das wohl am Jugendtag (Dienstag) aussieht. Safer Fun policy ist ausbaufähig, oben an der Umkleide gibt's 'nen Automaten für Kondome, unten ist dann ein Hinweis, dass man sie kostenlos an der Bar bekommt.

Hi everybody
I'm Italian living in Brussels, I went to the Spades4 sauna thursday 25 February.
Was chepest day of week, only 11 euro. I went there at 1h30 and was quite busy. Nice and friendly people.I like mature men, and for me was good. I was there till 5h30 in the afternoon and after 4h00 the people change a little bit. More young coming, but always with a lot of mature men.So, mixed age and very nice people. Staff is friendly and place is clean and nice. Not so far from railway station and easy to join walking. I'will come back

I went there for a second time on a saturday afternoon. It was light busy, 30 people, age between 20-60. Spades in Gent is a beautiful place: modern, extremly clean, nice facilities with very friendly staff and hot hung belgium men. Extra pluspoints: warm water in the swiming pool, cabinets with big size and no extra charge, relaxing bar area. Minuspoint: very small locker. On my next trip i will be back again for sure!

On my world ranking list of best saunas this must be number 2 (okay, I've never been in a sauna in Paris, Lille, London or Berlin). Clean, not too huge (Gent is not huge too), few visitors over 40. Lots of people on thursday evening and in the weekend during the day and the evening. On saturday afternoon the shopping addicted guys come here for a rest and in search of new inspiration.

One fitness room. 2 open-air balconies. 3 darkrooms on 3 different levels. 150 lockers. New: a big "asian" relaxation room. Very beautiful bar. The best I have ever seen in a sauna. On sundays, customers come after 4 p.m. See my previous comments too. personal rating : 9/10
