This place is boring as hell.. too many rooms, too many video screens and not too many people, and the few ones who go have an attitude problem, they behave more like female top models than gay men. The huge screen by the pool with the news or music videos does not help either people go to a gay sauna to have fun, not to watch TV, so the screen with the news in French or documentaries from CBC kill the mood. The receptionist does not speak English or hates doing it, which is really stupid if we take into account the fact that many tourists from the US come to Montreal because of the gay saunas, so if they want their money they should have someone who is bilingual at the reception, and someone who is courteous and friendly to English-speaking tourists, they are the ones who bring the money, anyway. I just can´t understand how this place remains in business, when obviously have so few customers.
