I went to this place on a naked night (by accident), but what was most funny was that all the guys walked around with their hands covering themselves.
I was there for four hours before a single person got with another ---- it was completely boring.
Jinetes, closer to the center, was a lot more enjoyable and social.
Apolo is quite far from anything - although you can walk (just not at night) from the ecovir. Best idea would be to get a cab to Hotel Quito and walk the two blocks
