Apologies- message was truncated. Staff at the sauna are very helpful,though they do not speak much english. The sauna was kept very clean and cleaning appeared to be ongoing all the time whilst I was there. The wet sauna and sling room and maze dark rooms were ver popular. The glory holes and dry sauna less so though the dry sauna was still busy. The locals were friendly wit ha good crowd from 6pm onwards,and if you wanted to use condoms they agreed but did prefer to bareback. The split was around 50% barebacking and 50% condoms. I enjoyed my time there and can say it is Ok

War in der Magnumszauna an einem Freitag abend Anfang August 2009.
1.) die korrekte webpage ist: www.magnumszauna.hu
2.) die Sauna ist schöner als auf den Bildern, von der Ausstattung her auch die bessere von den beiden Saunen, die es in Budapest gibt
3.) Betreiber sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend, Personal ist sehr auf Sauberkeit bedacht.
4.) preislich teurer als die 69er in der Angyal utca
5.) Publikum an diesem Abend eher alt und eher nicht sportlich (ich selber bin 32 und trainiert)
6.) das Männerangebot ist in der 69er Sauna besser, dafür ist halt die Magnum die schönere

For me a great experience and location!
I was there on Tuesday; very frequented with a lot of different men (good choice!). Staff was very friendly. The location was really clean and getting the condom at the entrance shows and reminds you to practise safer fun - nobody can say "sorry, I forget". Entrance price is very moderate. Same for drinks and snacks. I felt good, I will come back, I am sure.

I spent a couple of afternoons in this Sauna and really enjoyed the experience. The place is relatively clean, has a cavernous cruising area and a great chill out area. The free internet connection was a bonus and the price of drinks/food was very reasonable.I would rate it 6/10.

La prima sauna aperta a Budapest nel 2001 ed anche la più grande la più bella – molto elegante - e più frequentata, da uomini di tutte le età ma prevalentemente l’età media è più alta rispetto all’altra sauna. Bagno turco, sauna secca, 9 cabine private, 3 cabine di grandi dimensioni, 6 gloryholes, 2 darkrooms, 3 sale video, cantina di cruising con sling, massaggi, solarium, accesso gratuito ad internet, palestra con pesi liberi e macchine cardio, bar. Ingresso: 2700 HUF, mercoledì 1400 HUF per tutti. Asciugamano e profilattico inclusi, ciabatte non incluse (160 HUF). The Magnum is a nice place. When I was there it was frequented mainly by older fat men. But there were still some jewels around. The place is more or less clean and the stuff was friendly. It has free internet. What I really miss is a wirlpool. They give you a condom at the entrance. Lubs are missing though.

A bit difficult to find, but worth the effort. Beautiful men abound. I had an amazing time here. However, one hotty I was with, a Roumanian guy, started to ask for money

Just went back to the Magnum. They have been doing a lot of renovations. The locker room is completely new and the cabins are getting spruced up. Was there on a Monday night and had quite a lot of young guys, probably due to a more affordable price for them.
