Sicher die beste Saune Italiens zusammen mit dem Splash Club (Desenzano del Garda, am Gardasee).. Im kurz: alles neu, sauber, gross und einen riesigen Pool mit Jacuzzi...whaerend des Sommers auch einen Pool draussen. Meistens am Sonntag nachmittags besucht. Jungen 20-35 und alte Maenner auch (bears). Personal ist sehr frundlich. Man braucht aber ein auto (oder Taxi) weil die Bussenverbindungen nicht gut sind und sie ist weit vom Zentrum in der Industriezone.
Als Alternativ in Bologna gibt's die Steam Sauna (new, clean and good stuff especially on Sunday afternoon!  )
If you are in northern Italy surely choose one of these two saunas: Black in Bologna (good as said also the "Steam Sauna" in Bologna city center! clean, new and young people during weekend but much smaller than the black sauna) or the Splash club in Desenzano. Avoid Milan and its saunas! ...all gay places in that city have been imprisoned in one old and ugly street! in north-east Italy better Verona (citysauna) or Padova... Also avoid Tuscany 'cause saunas are awful there...much better in Rome.. the EMC sauna is on Sunday veeeery good with a lot of young hot guys especially in the winter. Have fun, and play safe BYE
