Ciao, ragazzi. First, the correct address is Via Guelfa and not Gielfa. The sauna is not fantastic, as the others already said, the only one in Florence. Quite busy during the weekends, although most of them are posers or prostitutes. It is most likely you have more fun during the week from 16h to 21h and save the weekend to see the monuments....

In any other city in the world this place would be closed and its owners in jail. Do not go there it's straight people exploiting your money, giving you a shitty service and facilities and just staying open with no concorrence due to some "useful friendships" with town administartors. A TRUE SHAME.
People from Tuscany go to Bologna or Rome, to answer one of the last messages posted
