Ich habe gestern die Sauna besucht. Sie ist recht einfach zu finden. Die Räume fand ich sauber und es ging ständig Personal umher und hat sich darum gekümmert. Der whirlpool und swimming pool ist auch sauber. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen und werde mit Sicherheit öfter dort sein.

IN MY OPINION is every public toilet cleaner than is sauna. sorry but this sauna is a shame for amsterdam. NOT FRIENDLY STUFF - WASTE ON ALL FLOORS - DIRTY AND VERY SMALL JACUZZI - A STEAMROOM LIKE ... sorry better to say not what i like to say. PLEASE FORGET THIS PLACE!!!

Im middelage and goodlooking.. this sauna was terrible..mostly elderly peaple..most of the staff rude and arrogant..very expensiv..bad installation..dont encourage to action.. not very clean..avoid this place

Love this sauna, always quite busy. Great location in the center of Amsterdam, big, lots of cabins, clean, plenty of facilities... just a must to visit when you go to Amsterdam!

Visited this sauna twice in April 2009. Was shocked to see that there is not much cleaning going on during the time spent there, Cabins strewn with previous people towels, tissue paper and open condom packets and wet.Certain floor areas much the same.

Freitagnacht in der Thermos-Sauna, nichts, was man wiederholen möchte. In die Sauna wird nichts mehr investiert, alles macht einen nicht mehr zeitgemässen Eindruck und ist weit davon entfernt, was modernere Saunen für weniger als die unverschämten 19 Euro Eintritt bieten- von Wellness keine Spur und alles runtergekommen. Üble Gerüchte, die man nicht näher beschreiben möchte, auf den oberen Stockwerken, siffige Matrazen in den Kabinen, deren Ober- und Unterseite ein gefundenes Fressen für jeden Bakteriologen sind, die Nassauna so schäbig, dass die Gäste Abstand davon nehmen. Traurige Atmosphäre und eine Schande für die selbsternannte Gay-Hauptstadt Amsterdam. Endzeit in einem Laden, der seine besten Jahre weit hinter sich hat und keinen Besuch wert ist.

Very old sauna, old people, not well kept. Owner seems to desinvest less and less. A shame for the Amsterdam gay scene.

Love this sauna lots of action and many floors to explore very good action and love the Dutch people very passionate

I went to the Thermos Day sauna for the first last week, and actually prefered it to the Night Thermos - it certainly had more people there, even after midnight and into the wee hours.

Facilities are good but the steamroom is pretty crap, as it seems to have the effect of a boiling kettle steaming for the entire room. I think they need to sort something out, as it is not a proper steamroom at all - proper ones aren't cold and dry.

Still, I liked the place since there were a couple of older gents I got into the cabins with that helped with my stay there.

Thermos Day sauna is now really going downhill.
I sometimes go to this sauna.
Since this October when the night sauna joined this sauna, it is obvious. Because now the day sauna started to always ask "EUR10 cash deposit" except the EUR19 entrance. I found this rediculous. I stopped to go to the night sauna because they did the same(and the staffs in night sauna were "always extremely rude").
I've never seen any sauna in the world, which asks their customers to pay "cash deposit" except the already too much entrace fee for the quality.
The owner of this sauna didn't do any necessary renovations with the facilities for ages and just wants to ignore their customers. The facilities are getting very shabby. The owner only wants to money from his important customers.
