I was at Club Seattle a long time ago and can see that it has improved immensely. It wasn't bad before but now you can tell the management puts money to make the place interesting and functional. Instead of two big empty dark rooms, there is now a complex maze that allows unavoidable close encounters when one walks through it. The lounge area has been moved to a more private area of the club and has large leather sofas that make it awesome for groupies. A great feature is the very very large wet sauna which has been improved with some well placed indirect lighting. No whirlpool or weight room but you can find them at the local swimming centre. The staff are nice but they generally are in the Pacific Northwest. Parking is really difficult as it's all 2 hour limited parking. But walk three blocks away and there is unlimited parking after 6pm. It's a Thursday afternoon and there is a decent number of people walking around. But people in the United States are funually inhibited and don't initiate fun very well. Very fustrating. Still overall, it's a above average sauna.

Die Sauberkeit in der Sauna ist OK. Freundlichkeit des Personals auch. ALLE Bereiche leider viel zu sparsam beleuchtet, bzw. gar nicht. Eine Trockensauna sucht man vergebens, dafür ist die Dampfsauna etwas größer. Ein Pool und eine Bar sind auch nicht vorhanden. Den meisten Platz nehmen die Kabinen ein.

Sauna sucks. No wet facilities, meaning there is no whirlpool. Charged for 18 minutes overtime when they did not discolose that in the beginning. Air Conditioner blasts cold air right in the seating area in front of the Sauna, making it impossible for anyone to sit there. The seats look nice cuz they light up, but no-body can sit there cuz it's unbearable. I am gonna go back there just to leave a bunch of presents behind for the staff to clean up, due to the fact that they are unfriendly.

This has converted over to Steamworks. Much better now.

Club Seattle is now owned by the Steamworks group and was being upgraded when I visited in August 2008.
